Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the company operating the 38ok platform ("38ok", "we", "us") and every individual who uses the website or mobile application ("user", "you", "your"). By accessing 38ok.cam or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 38ok is ৳300. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods:

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion applies only once per account, per household, or per device.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds are tracked separately.
• If you attempt to withdraw a bonus before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

38ok's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit varies by tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% weekly cashback for Diamond. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined by 38ok.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 38ok platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are entirely random and are not predetermined by any party.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or server outage, 38ok will attempt to refund the bet amount for that round. However, if the game result is conclusively recorded in the server logs, that result will be considered final.
